Rebecca Davis to Perform in Belhaven's Dance Ministry Ensemble

Rebecca Davis from Fayetteville, NC will perform in the upcoming Dance Ministry Ensemble February 16, 17 and 18 at Belhaven's Visual Arts and Dance Center. Davis is a senior pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Dance from Belhaven University.

The performance from students in Belhaven's Dance Department will feature choreography by dance faculty and guest artists. The dance styles will include a mix of ballet, mime and modern.

Elizabeth Gordan, Director of Dance Ministry Ensemble, said, "The Belhaven Dance Ministry Ensemble is for a night of worship through movement. My heart for this performance is that people would be encouraged and inspired. Overall all, It is going to be an uplifting evening."

Dance Ministry Ensemble Performances:

February 16 - Thursday 11:00 A.M. - Matinee

February 17 - Friday, 7:30 P.M

February 18 - Saturday, 7:30 P.M.

Gordon adds, "Our dancers have put in many long days of work for this event, and many times the practice has been a time of worship for us."

General admission is $10 and $5 for seniors and students. Admission is free for Belhaven faculty, staff and students. The doors open at 7:00 P.M. on February 17-18 and 10:30 A.M. on February 16.
