Shellie Brown to Star in Belhaven University's Orchestras and Strings Concert

Shellie Brown of Jackson, Mississippi will perform in Belhaven University's Orchestras and Strings Concert which will be an exciting performance of up-and-coming talent from Belhaven's Music Department.

The Belhaven Orchestra takes the stage to perform The Suite from Sleeping Beauty, Tubby the Tuba, and more. Music made to thrill both young and old!

Dr. Stephen Sachs, Professor and Chair of the Music Department said, "The music we chose for this performance is recognized and enjoyed by all. This wonderful performance by our strings students is a family-friendly, multi-generational performance that will get your feet tapping."

The concert will take place Friday, November 11 at 7:30 pm in Belhaven University's Center for the Arts, Concert Hall. The performance is free and open to all, and the doors will open at 7:00 p.m.
